Royals Lead with Chin, Get KO'd, 9-0 Friday, May 26th , 2062 Cole Fletcher subdued the Georgetown Royals, 9-0, pitching a 7-hit gem for the Montevideo Leones at Ballpark at Demerara Harbour. "He was kind of teasing them with his off-speed stuff, and his fastball was moving everywhere," Montevideo skipper Domingo Carmona said. Fletcher registered 9 strikeouts and issued no walks in his superb performance. "We just didn't swing the bats very well. Or else he just pitched good, whichever way you want to look at it," said Georgetown manager Javier Díaz after the defeat.
