Ardeleanu Skunks Caracas, 6-0 Saturday, May 26th , 2063 Falkland Island Defenders starter Ionel Ardeleanu really did a number on the Caracas Crows, shutting them out, 6-0, on 6 hits in a complete game victory. He issued no walks and had 9 strikeouts. "We didn't have good at-bats," said Caracas manager Pablo Figueroa. "I don't make excuses, but when we were playing the game, our energy didn't show. That comes from either extremely good pitching or extremely lousy hitting and seeing as our team has a bunch of good hitters, I have to tip my cap to Ardeleanu."
