Aaron Beguine was at the head of a Guam hit parade at Headhunters Field. The right fielder went to the plate 6 times and came away with 5 hits, sparking the Emperors to a nice 16-10 victory over the Tonga Killers.

"I told the guys in the dugout, just be thinking about hitting the ball hard somewhere," the sweet-swinging Beguine told reporters after the game. "Seems like it worked out well for us today."

Killers skipper Anthony Sanders said later that the club gave up "too much plate."

"Not the way we planned it," he said. "Every hitter in the league will rip you when you do that."

Aaron Beguine singled in the 1st, hit a two-run double in the 2nd, singled in the 4th, hit an RBI single in the 4th, grounded out in the 6th and hit a three-run home run off Ulesi Ionatana in the 8th.
