Bears Lose at Home, 4-3
The San Fernando Bears got a superb performance from pitcher Ielemia Faletose, but the Omaha Cyclones still won the game, 4-3. Faletose threw 6.0 innings of 5-hit ball. Reliever Jesús Huerta picked up the win. His record improves to 2-3. Bryan Longstaff, who is tied for 3rd in the FL in saves with 22, took the loss. Dave Ferrell notched his 22nd save in 26 chances.

Omaha used a timely hit from Olivier Godart to get the win. The first baseman stroked a run-scoring double in the top of the ninth inning to put the Cyclones ahead, 4-3. It was his only hit in 1 at-bat, but it made an impact.

"We put together a nice win," Godart said.

The Cyclones go to 42-63 with the win.
