Tims Lifts Bears to 8-5 Triumph
Keith Tims knocked in 6 runs to help San Fernando beat Hawaii, 8-5. Tims produced 1 single and 1 home run. The winning pitcher was former first round draft pick Ielemia Faletose. He tossed 91 pitches over 6.1 innings, allowing 2 runs on 5 hits. Bryan Longstaff locked down his 6th save.

San Fernando grabbed the momentum in the bottom of the fifth, when Tims hit a grand slam home run off José Ordóñez. His 6th home run of the season put the Bears out in front, 6-2.

"Nice to tuck this win away," said Tims.

The victory makes San Fernando 17-10, as the team seeks a return to the playoffs in 2062.
