In a close game at The Ballpark at Bally's, the Cobble Hill Robins edged the Atlantic City Gamblers, 5-4. Cobble Hill shortstop Juan Martínez stood apart with his performance. He went 3 for 4 with 3 singles, while adding 2 RBI. The Robins have stumbled out of the gate, getting only their 8th win in 29 games.

Cobble Hill relied on the hitting of Eduardo Medine to pick up the win. The catcher ripped a run-scoring triple in the top of the sixth inning to put the Robins on top, 4-3. For the game, Medine had 1 triple and 1 single in 4 at-bats.

"You can't get too high when things go well, or too low when things go bad. Right now, I'm just happy we got the win," Martínez told the Cobble Hill News.
