The Charlotte Flyers beat the Rosenblatt Bombers, 7-2, at Family Dollar Field. Wani Matos, in particular, was impressive. He went 3 for 4 with a home run and 2 doubles, while scoring 2 and driving in 5. António Santiago, now 2-0, picked up the win in relief. He allowed no runs on 2 hits in 3.2 innings.
