Dreadful Season Sees Playoff Hopes Dashed for Memphis Saturday, August 5th , 2062 Memphis Chicks fans have long since given up any meager playoff hopes. The Chicks made it official today, becoming mathematically eliminated from qualifying for the postseason. This is the club's 24th playoff miss in a row. They last appeared in the postseason in 2038. In total, the Chicks have missed the playoffs 57 times in their 68-year history. |
