Dreadful Season Sees Playoff Hopes Dashed for Sioux City Friday, August 11th , 2062 There would have never been more than a tiny glimmer of hope, but today even that is gone. The Sioux City Xplorers have been officially eliminated from playoff contention. The Xplorers have made the playoffs 18 times in their 68 years as a Warren Cox League franchise. This playoff miss is the club's 8th in a row, with their last postseason appearance coming in 2054. In the last 10 seasons, the Xplorers have only made the playoffs once. |
