Flores Is DRK's Best Pitcher in August Friday, September 1st , 2062 In August, the premier pitcher in the Drake League was a reliever. It does happen, but not often. The Santa Cruz Spartans fine bullpen ace, Manuel Flores stood out some much that he was picked the outstanding Pitcher of the Month by the Drake League.
