Willaims Records 8-0 Shutout Against Carson City Monday, August 27th , 2063 Goose eggs were the order of the day for the Carson City Gamblers as starter Todd Willaims shut them out, 8-0, at The Firehouse at Waterfront Park. The Louisville pitcher struck out 4 and walked 1 while allowing 2 hits. "Willaims was good but he wasn't flawless," Carson City manager Daniel Jordan said. "We had a few opportunities to make something happen and we didn't do it. Not to take anything away from Louisville, but this is on us."
