DNL Names Spirits Brown Winner Monday, August 11th , 2064 The Donaldo League has named its Top Player of the Week. The honor went to Jim Brown, first baseman of the Peoria Spirits. In an extraordinary hitting display, he belted out hits at a .414 pace to win the award. Brown went 12-for-29 for the week, totaled 5 home runs, 11 RBIs and scored 7 times.
