Horne Collects Player of the Week Award
Monday, May 22nd , 2062
It was some kind of week for Larry Horne of the Danville Dodos. First he hits the heck out of the ball, ripping it at a .600 clip and the next thing you know, he is voted the Player of the Week in the Provost League. Last week Horne went 18-for-30, chalked up no home runs and 9 RBIs and scored 6 runs. Not a bad week's work at all.
Currently Horne has 9 home runs and a .360 batting average.
