Provost League Premier Pitcher is López Monday, August 1st , 2061 Following one of the brightest stretches in his career, the Provost League awarded Tombstone reliever Jorge López July's Pitcher of the Month trophy. He was mesmerizing as he held opponents to a .200 batting average and put together a 7-0 mark, no saves, 28 strikeouts and a 1.03 ERA during his 35 innings of work. López's record up to now is 11-and-1 with no saves and a 2.10 ERA. He has given up 92 hits in 102.2 innings with 83 strikeouts. |
