PL's #1 Batter Chosen Monday, May 1st , 2062 Larry Horne is not used to being associated with Batter of the Month-caliber players, but today the Danville left fielder joined that select company when the Provost League announced the results of April's voting. Horne totaled 33 hits, 20 walks, 9 home runs, 27 RBIs and 20 runs scored last month to put together a .340 batting average and .467 on-base percentage. |
