Redwood City Out of Time, Out of Playoffs Sunday, August 6th , 2062 It has been a woeful season for the Redwood City Rocketmen and now they have been officially eliminated from playoff contention. "You always need some things to break your way to get into the playoffs," said manager Abílio Seminario. "And nothing broke our way this year." This is the club's 32nd playoff miss in a row. They last appeared in the postseason in 2030. In total, the Rocketmen have missed the playoffs 54 times in their 68-year history. Redwood City last won the Pegler Series in 2024. |
