Billings Takes Outfield Rail Series in Deciding Game Friday, September 8th , 2062 The Billings Cowboys are off to the Garden Cup after an exciting Outfield Rail Series triumph. Billings downed the Boulder Crush, but needed the entire series to do so, with a 7-0 win tonight at Crush Field wrapping up the series 2-1. "It's every guy in this room that made this happen. Without us all pulling in the same direction, we don't win this series," said Kosami Ota, who earned MVP honors for a standout offensive series. Ota put up a .357 with a .357 on-base percentage in the series. He also had 1 home runs, drove in 2 runs and scored 1 runs himself. The Billings Cowboys will play against the Pahrump Ranchers in the next round. Pahrump won their series against the Springdale Roosters 2 games to 1.
