Sloan Homers 3 Times Against Charlesbourg Sunday, July 1st , 2063 The Charlesbourg Castors won't soon forget the display of raw power by Alfredo Sloan of the Toledo Liberty. He victimized the Castors by pounding three pitches out of Todd Creek Grounds to spark his club to a win, 9-6. "I got three pitches down the pipe and popped them," Sloan told reporters. "Today I was in a groove. Tomorrow, I could just pop up the same pitches and go 0-for-3." In addition to the homers, he collected 6 RBIs and scored 3 runs. Alfredo Sloan hit a solo-shot off Lorenzo Richmond in the 1st, flied out in the 3rd, hit a three-run home run off Lorenzo Richmond in the 5th, hit a two-run home run off Maxim Eduardov in the 6th and flied out in the 8th.
