Sting Rays LF Weichard Gets the Cycle Saturday, June 17th , 2062 The Gaylord Sting Rays lost, 9-7, to the Albany Atoms at Ballpark of Minneapolis, and none took the loss harder than Barry Weichard, who saw a sensational game -- in which he hit for the cycle -- wasted. "It feels really, really bad," he said later. "You feel like you deserve the win with a day like that." The left fielder ripped Albany pitching for 4 hits in 7 at-bats and tallied 2 RBI. Weichard also scored 2 runs on his remarkable day. Barry Weichard doubled in the 1st, flied out in the 2nd, walked in the 4th, singled in the 5th, hit a two-run home run off Admes Gislenus in the 7th, tripled in the 10th, grounded out in the 11th and flied out in the 13th.
