Charlottesville Hurler Wins FL Leonard Puckett Pitcher Award Monday, September 25th , 2062 The Frontier League announced today that Omer bin Wasim has been chosen the Leonard Puckett Pitcher Award winner for 2062. The Charlottesville starter had everything working for him this past season as he breezed to a 11-2 record.
