Stars Win Round 1 Thursday, February 24th , 2061 The Texaco Stars are off to the Round 2. By a final score of 3-1 at Fissures Ballpark, Texaco ended the Round 1 and knocked out the McDonalds Big Macs by a series score of 4-1. "Two great teams, only one can go on and we're happy that's us," said Keith Topper, who was named series MVP. "There's no easy games, no easy series in the High School All-Star Teams playoffs." For the series, Topper hit .409 with a .500 on-base percentage. He had 2 home runs, drove in 5 RBI and scored 7 runs. The Texaco Stars will play against the Pepsi Generation in the next round.
