Asus Loses Zai-shuo Xú, Will Miss Season Monday, January 16th , 2062 Asus reliever Zai-shuo Xú could miss the remainder of the season because of a stretched elbow ligament. He exited yesterday's A2O game after injuring himself while throwing a pitch. The original diagnosis said Xú would be out 9 months. Later on his doctors said he could be out even longer. "He's done," his manager commented at the BNN press conference. "It's a season-ending injury, but it could have been worse. It's not the worst-case scenario, so we're happy about that." Xú's record so far this season is 1-and-1 with no saves and a 16.88 ERA. He has given up 14 hits in 10.2 innings with 8 strikeouts. |
