The STX Soul have officially captured the crown, the 8th in franchise history. "We've got a team that can do it all and we think do it just as well as anyone in the league," said catcher Armando Hansen. "I hope no one is taking us lightly once the playoffs start." Certainly the team's division crown will garner them a fair bit of respect, as the 28-12 record puts the club in position for the franchise's 2nd High School All-Star Teams championship.
