MGM Takes Round 1 in Deciding Game Monday, February 27th , 2062 MGM Gamblers won a nail-biting series against the Harley Davidson Rebels 4-3, wrapping up the Round 1 finale 16-6 at Rollers Ballpark. Gamblers second baseman Gonzalo Perea was named the series MVP. He batted .581, drove in 13 runs and scored 15 to lead MGM into the next round of play. "Gonzalo was real solid for us, real solid," said Gamblers manager Rafael Ybarra. "I normally say I'd like to have nine of him out there, but thankfully we got by with just one this time." The MGM Gamblers don't know who they will face in the next round. They will play the winner of the Pfizer Blues - A2O Contracting series. That series is tied at 3 games apiece.
