Ybarra of MGM Voted Top Manager in BGL Monday, April 10th , 2062 The MGM Gamblers called a press conference to announce that field manager Rafael Ybarra had been named Bill Gates League Manager of the Year earlier in the day. Staffers congratulated the 53-year-old baseball guru as he approached the podium. "This city has allowed me to craft a winning ball club," said Ybarra. "When you take on a new job, there's always some adjustment period, but everyone here has been cooperative. From the bat boys on up. Here's to many more successful seasons for the MGM Gamblers!" Ybarra led MGM to a 30-10 record this year and a first place finish in the Bill Gates League Steve Ballmer Division. |
