McDaniels Bangs Out 5 Base Hits Tuesday, January 2nd , 2063 Firestone third baseman Philip McDaniels had a day to remember, 5-for-5 against the Berkshire Hathaway Wolves at Field of the Mighty Gulls as the Fires picked up a win, 27-14. "He was patient up there," Firestone skipper Pedro Ojeda told the press after the game. "I like the way he waited for his pitch and wasn't overly aggressive. McDaniels has a tendency to chase bad balls sometimes."
