Hit Streak Now at 32 for Kim Wednesday, February 14th , 2063 Bang-eun Kim of the Samsung Lions tagged 1 hit in today's 6-5 loss to the Heinz 57s at Watch Dogs Ballpark to run his hitting streak to 32 straight games. "I realize it's unlikely to have a 32-game streak and not have a couple losses mixed in," he said later. "But it still takes the fun out of it." Bang-eun Kim walked in the 1st, flied out in the 3rd, flied out in the 5th, walked in the 7th and singled in the 9th. For the season, Kim is hitting at a .522 clip with 15 home runs, 55 RBIs and has scored 66 runs. He has 82 hits, 59 walks and a .650 on-base percentage. |
