Goodyear Advances to Round 2 Sunday, February 25th , 2063 After eliminating the Barclays Eagles 4-2 in the Round 1 at Ballpark of Troutman HS, the victorious Goodyear Tire will now move on to the next round: the Round 2. Goodyear beat Barclays 4-2 in the series. The MVP trophy was awarded to Tire left fielder Jeff Ezell, who knocked in 9 runs, hit .481 and scored 10 times. "The guys were all chanting 'M-V-P' when I went into the clubhouse," Ezell said later, with a smile. "It was kind of embarrassing but it feels great to be here." The Goodyear Tire will play against the PlayStation Gamers in the next round. PlayStation won their series against the Buffalo Wild Wings Buffalos 4 games to 0.
