Round 1 Goes the Distance, Berkshire Hathaway Prevails Monday, February 26th , 2063 The Berkshire Hathaway Wolves and US Robotics Hackers put on a classic Round 1 that was in question until the final game. In the end, Berkshire Hathaway won the deciding contest by a score of 4-2, to take the series 4-3. "It doesn't get much tighter than that. To win a series in the last game is a thrill," said Miguel Gómez, who earned series MVP honors for Berkshire Hathaway. "Our guys are breathing a little easier now." For the series, Gómez hit .462 with a .533 on-base percentage. He had 3 home runs, drove in 6 RBI and scored 6 runs. The Berkshire Hathaway Wolves will play against the Nintendo Bros. in the next round. Nintendo won their series against the Merrill Lynch Bulls 4 games to 2.
