5-Hit Blitz by Starbucks's Cottrill Saturday, February 23rd , 2064 It takes more than one player to win a baseball game - as proven by John Cottrill of the Starbucks Hot Shots. The Starbucks catcher gave it his all and dominated US Robotics Hackers pitching at Hangmen Ballpark, finishing with a great 5-for-6 line. However, when the game ended, the scoreboard showed the Hackers going home the winner, 19-8. "There's no point gloating about a 5-hit day in a loss," Cottrill said. "A loss just means you should have done more. Maybe I should have hit 5 home runs instead." John Cottrill singled in the 1st, tripled in the 3rd, singled in the 5th, grounded out in the 7th, singled in the 8th and hit an RBI single in the 9th.
