Alepana Mililani Bashes Three over the Wall Thursday, February 17th , 2061 It's a rare event when a player hits three homers in a game and rarer still when he does it and loses. It happened at Seagulls Ballpark, as Alepana Mililani of the Pago Pago Chiefs unloaded three times against the Perth Galaxy but was still bumped off, 7-5, by the Galaxy. "We were lucky to win today," said Perth skipper José Salgado. "You can't give up that many home runs and expect to win on a regular basis." For the game, the Pago Pago second baseman had 3 hits in 4 at-bats, scored 3 times, and drove in 4. Mililani spoke to the writers in the postgame press room with mixed feelings, saying he was sad to lose but happy to be seeing the ball well.
