3 Boomers for Huboka Friday, January 6th , 2062 In a powerful performance that left the fans at Eskimos Ballpark buzzing, Honiara Islanders left fielder Hakumele Huboka blasted a trio of home runs en route to a win, 12-7, over the Guam Emperors. "Everything was clicking," Huboka told the press. "My timing was good and I got pitches I could handle and I didn't miss them." Huboka shined brilliantly in the win, with 4 hits in 5 at-bats, 6 RBIs and 4 runs scored. "It's not just one guy, it's everybody," Islanders manager Dominic Blenkinsopp said. "Hakumele played great but it takes more than one guy to win a game."
