Chinese Baseball League's Best Batter Announced Monday, August 7th , 2062 The premier performer in the Chinese Baseball League this week was Charlie Grant of the Yinchuan Drillers. The hot-hitting 19-year-old left fielder put up a .462 average and .533 on-base percentage, piling up 12 hits in 26 at-bats, no home runs, 4 RBIs and 1 run scored. That kind of hitting got him the CBL Player of the Week honors. Thus far this season, Grant has hit .262 with 2 home runs, 10 RBIs and scored 14 times. |
