After defeating the Kissimmee Kernels, 8-0, he was swamped by reporters in the clubhouse for postgame comments. "I'm just glad to be here," Lowe said. "Today I just went right at the Kernels as hard as I could, as long as I could." Lowe chalked up 9 strikeouts and allowed 1 walk in his superb performance.
