5-for-5 Day for Bergman Wednesday, February 11th , 2060 Pabst second baseman Paul Bergman had a day to remember, 5-for-5 against the Shiner Wild Hares at Red Jackets Ballpark as the Blue Ribbons picked up a win, 18-5. "He was patient up there," Pabst skipper José Costa told the press after the game. "I like the way he waited for his pitch and wasn't overly aggressive. Bergman has a tendency to chase bad balls sometimes." Paul Bergman singled in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, hit a GRAND SLAM off Chris Thomas in the 4th, walked in the 5th, singled in the 6th and hit an RBI double in the 7th.
