U.S. Air Force Clinches Wild Card Sunday, February 27th , 2061 Mathew Malone of the U.S. Air Force Falcons said fighting for a playoff spot is an "absolute grind" in College Conference All-Stars. The grind is now over, as the Falcons have captured a wild card berth. "It's a weight off our shoulders and now we can exhale," said the third baseman. "It's hard to describe how much effort and focus goes into this." Team manager Salvador Escobar believes his club has something to prove and they are looking forward to the postseason. |
