Critchlow Homers 3 Times Against Microsoft Tuesday, February 14th , 2062 Three home runs usually equal a win, but not today at Anchorage College Grounds. The Microsoft X-Sox beat the odds and also beat Joshua Critchlow and the Amoco Torch, 14-13. The hot-hitting Critchlow had an historic day at the plate with three home runs, 4 hits in 6 at-bats, 6 RBIs and 3 runs scored, but no victory. "This game is special for me. It's an individual accomplishment," he said. "As a team we didn't have a good day, but the three homers make it better." Joshua Critchlow hit a solo-shot off Pancho Deckard in the 2nd, singled in the 3rd, hit a GRAND SLAM off Dan Huffman in the 4th, flied out in the 5th, hit a solo-shot off Manny Nieves in the 8th and struck out in the 10th. This season, Critchlow has 10 home runs and a .283 batting average. |
