Wild Hares Caine Gone for Year Tuesday, February 13th , 2063 The Shiner Wild Hares were informed today by team doctors that second baseman Chris Caine sustained a ruptured achilles tendon in a recent game against the Pabst Blue Ribbons and will not play for 4 months. Caine was hurt running the bases. So far this season, Caine has hit .248 with 9 home runs, 32 RBIs and scored 32 times. |
