Saturday, April 14th , 2063
The future looks extremely bright for Héctor Jiménez. At the age of 20, many players are still trying to find their way in College Conference All-Stars.
Jiménez has not only found his way, he's already established himself as one of the game's brightest stars, today being named the winner of the Rockefeller League Bo Jordan Batter Award.
"I didn't expect to hit .456 this year, that's for sure," the left fielder said.
The U.S. Air Force Falcons star also put up a .574 on-base percentage this year, with 88 hits, 11 doubles, 1 triple, 23 home runs, 79 RBIs and 66 runs scored.
He received 31 first place votes out of a possible 32. Ramiro Pereira of the Anheiser-Busch Budweisers finished second in voting with 1 first place vote, while Roberto Gómez of the Pabst Blue Ribbons finished third.
