Núñez 5-for-6 for Razors Thursday, January 31st , 2064 Salvador Núñez was at the head of a Gillette hit parade at Green Sox Ballpark. The first baseman went to the plate 6 times and came away with 5 hits, sparking the Razors to a nice 21-1 victory over the Google Searchers. "I told the guys in the dugout, just be thinking about hitting the ball hard somewhere," the sweet-swinging Núñez told reporters after the game. "Seems like it worked out well for us today." Searchers skipper Rhett Threepwood said later that the club gave up "too much plate." "Not the way we planned it," he said. "Every hitter in the league will rip you when you do that." Salvador Núñez struck out in the 1st, hit a two-run double in the 3rd, hit a GRAND SLAM off Manny Rivera in the 4th, hit an RBI single in the 5th, walked in the 6th, hit a solo-shot off Dwain Williams in the 8th and hit a three-run home run off Manny Garza in the 9th.
