All week Jeffrey Phillips of the Gulf Oil Drillers shocked opponents with an electrifying performance to capture the Rockefeller League Player of the Week honors. The talented center fielder sparked his team by hitting .407 with 8 home runs, 15 RBIs and 11 runs scored. Thus far this year, Phillips has hit .336 with 14 home runs and 48 RBIs. |
